Telma LN Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cilnidipine and Telmisartan, which lowers blood pressure effectively. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telma LN Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

warnings Alcohol CAUTION It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Telma LN Tablet. There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor. warnings Liver CAUTION Telma LN Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Telma LN Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Telma LN Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
