Alcohol CAUTION Levocetrizine may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol. warnings Pregnancy PROBABLY SAFE Levocetrizine is probably safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor. warnings Lactation Levocetrizine is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby. Larger doses or more prolonged use of Levocetrizine may cause drowsiness and other effects in the baby or decrease the milk supply warnings Driving Levocetrizine may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. warnings Kidney CAUTION Levocetrizine should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Levocetrizine may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Levocetrizine is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. warnings Liver SAFE Levocetrizine is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Levocetrizine is recommended.
