Superspas Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Fenpiverinium and Pitofenone. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness). Fenpiverinium and Pitofenone are anticholinergics. They work by inhibiting the nerve impulses which are responsible for causing pain and muscular contractions in the digestive tract, urinary tract and other organs.
How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.

This may affect your ability to drive. warnings Kidney CAUTION Superspas Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Superspas Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. warnings Liver CAUTION Superspas Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Superspas Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended in patients with liver disease if this medicine is to be taken for a long time.
