How it works
It is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Ranitidine, which relieves symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. Ranitidine is an H2 blocker (antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps relieve acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

warnings Alcohol CAUTION It is unsafe to consume alcohol with It. Alcohol use can increase acid secretion, acid reflux in food pipe causing heartburn and decreasing effect of this drug. It can also decrease alcohol breakdown and increase its level in blood. warnings Pregnancy WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS It may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor. warnings Lactation It is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby. warnings Driving It may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. warnings Kidney CAUTION It should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of It may be needed.
