To make a traditional Horlicks malted drink, add 3 to 4 teaspoons of Horlick's to a mug, along with just enough water to make a smooth paste. Fill the mug the rest of the way with hot milk, and stir. Let it chill in the refrigerator if you want to drink it cold.
