| How it works | Hilin-Ace Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Diacerein which relieve muscle and joint pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Diacerein is a proteoglycan synthesis stimulator which blocks the chemicals that cause inflammation and pain and helps in the building of cartilage (the soft connective tissue in the bones near the joints) in the body. |
| How to use | Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Hilin-Ace Tablet is to be taken with food. |
| Interactions / Warnings | Inform your doctor is you suffer from history of peptic ulceration, cerebrovascular bleeding, ulcerative colitis, crohns disease, systemic lupus erythmatosus, porphyria, haematopoietic or coagulation disorders. The dose will be adjusted in people with hepatic, renal or cardiac function impairment. |
