Alcohol CAUTION It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Esomeprazole. warnings Pregnancy WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS Esomeprazole may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor. warnings Lactation SAFE Esomeprazole is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby. warnings Driving SAFE Esomeprazole does not usually affect your ability to drive. warnings Kidney SAFE Esomeprazole is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Esomeprazole is recommended. However, inform your doctor if you have any kidney disease. warnings Liver Esomeprazole should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Esomeprazole may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
