Adequate and well-controlled human studies have shown low or no risk. warnings Lactation CAUTION Ceftriaxone should be used with caution during lactation. Breast feeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body. warnings Driving Ceftriaxone may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. warnings Kidney SAFE Ceftriaxone is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Ceftriaxone is recommended. However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. warnings Liver Ceftriaxone should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ceftriaxone may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Dose adjustment of Ceftriaxone is not recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.
