How it works
It is a combination of two medicines: Cefixime and Potassium Clavulanate. Cefixime is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Potassium Clavulanate is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefixime against bacteria.

Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby. warnings Driving It is not known whether It alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react. warnings Kidney CAUTION It should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease.
