warnings Alcohol CAUTION it may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol. warnings Pregnancy WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS it may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor. warnings Lactation it is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby. Short-term use is not expected to cause any adverse effects in the breastfed baby, especially if the baby is older than 2 months. During long-term use, monitor for possible sleepiness. warnings Driving Do not drive unless you are feeling well. You may feel sleepy or have concentration or memory problems after taking it and this may affect your ability to drive. warnings Kidney it should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of it may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Limited information is aVialable on the use of it in these patients.
