How it works
It is a combination of three medicines: Cetirizine, Paracetamol/Acetaminophen and Phenylephrine, which relieves common cold symptoms. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which blocks histamine (a chemical messenger) to relieve allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

UNSAFE It is unsafe to consume alcohol with It Pregnancy CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR It may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. Lactation SAFE IF PRESCRIBED It is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Driving UNSAFE It may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Caution is advised when driving or operating machinery. Kidney CAUTION It should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of It may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of It is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Liver CAUTION It should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of It may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
