Vertidom Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Cinnarizine. Domperidone is an antiemetic and a prokinetic. It works by blocking the action of dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Cinnarizine is calcium channel antagonist which works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear. This improves the microcirculation of the ear.

Do not drive if these symptoms occur. . warnings Kidney CAUTION Vertidom Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Vertidom Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. warnings Liver CAUTION Vertidom Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Vertidom Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Vertidom Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.
