Angiplat 2.5 Capsule TR is a nitrate. It works by relaxing the blood vessels which decreases the oxygen demand of the heart and reduces its workload. It thus prevents/treats attacks of angina (chest pain).
How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Angiplat 2.5 Capsule TR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

ANGIPLAT CAPSULE TR RELATED WARNINGS warnings Alcohol CAUTION Angiplat 2.5 Capsule TR may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heartbeat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure with alcohol (Disulfiram reactions). warnings Pregnancy PROBABLY SAFE Angiplat 2.5 Capsule TR is probably safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby. warnings Driving Angiplat 2.5 Capsule TR may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive. warnings Kidney Angiplat 2.5 Capsule TR is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data aVialable suggests that dose adjustment of Angiplat 2.5 Capsule TR may not be needed in these patients.
