How it works Zinase D is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.
How to use To be used as directed by physician
Interactions / Warnings Alcohol CAUTION It is unsafe to consume alcohol with it. Taking diclofenac with alcohol can increase your risk of stomach bleeding. warnings Pregnancy WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS it is unsafe to use during pregnancy. There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor. warnings Lactation No information is aVialable on the use of it during lactation. Please consult your doctor. warnings Driving Do not drive unless you are feeling well. it may cause headaches, blurred vision, dizziness or drowsiness in some patients. This may affect your ability to drive. warnings Kidney CAUTION it should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of it may be needed. Please consult your doctor. warnings Liver CAUTION it should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of it may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended in patients with liver disease if this medicine is to be taken for a long time.
