Vinicor-D 50 Tablet is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Metoprolol Succinate and Chlorthalidone. Metoprolol Succinate is a beta blocker which works specifically on the heart to reduce heart rate and make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic which lowers blood pressure by removing extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.
How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Olvan Trio 40 Tablet is to be taken with food.

Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. warnings Driving UNSAFE Vinicor-D 50 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. warnings Kidney CAUTION Vinicor-D 50 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Vinicor-D 50 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Vinicor-D 50 Tablet is not recommended in these patients. warnings Liver CAUTION Vinicor-D 50 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease.
