HOW TRIGABANTIN TABLET WORKS Trigabantin 100 Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Gabapentin, Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin and Alpha Lipoic Acid. Gabapentin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin is a form of vitamin B which helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Alpha Lipoic Acid is a naturally occurring fatty acid which has a protective effect on brain and nerve tissue. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).
How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Trigabantin 100 Tablet is to be taken empty stomach. Take it 30 mins before food.

If this happens, do not drive. warnings Kidney Trigabantin 100 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease.
