This is a combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain. Activated Dimethicone/Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed.This medicine is to be taken with food.

Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. You should also tell your doctor if you have any kidney, stomach or liver diseases so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you.
