How it works
This Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Moxifloxacin and Dexamethasone. Moxifloxacin is an antibiotic which prevents bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria. This treats your eye infection. Dexamethasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.

Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor. warnings Lactation CAUTION It is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby. warnings Driving Do not drive unless you are feeling well. It may cause dizziness (vertigo).
